Overview: This course is designed to enable a technically qualified person with a good understanding of open plant cleaning principles and chemistry to be competent in understanding and assessing cleaning in place circuits and CIP sets. The 2 day course will be split between presentations and workplace sessions.

Who Should Attend:
This course is best for Hygiene managers and Technical personnel directly involved in the management of Cleaning in Place systems

The Society shall not be liable for the reimbursement of any associated costs incurred by the delegate due to cancellation by either party.
All bookings will need to be paid, in full, prior to the event start date, unless agreed in writing by the Society.

- Identify key sources and reservoirs of Listeria species
- Understand, interpret and select the results of suitable test methods for Listeria
- Deploy practical control measures to minimise the risks of
- product contamination
