Step 1 – Navigate to the e-learning course you wish to purchase
Step 2 – Courses are priced differently for Members and Non-members of SOFHT, please make sure to select the correct option then click ‘add to basket’
Step 3 – Proceed to checkout
Step 4 – If you have already taken an e-learning course with us before please login to your account now
Step 5 – If this is the first time you are taking an e-learning course with us please create an account whilst entering your details and keep a record of your username and password
Step 6 – Once logged into your account go to ‘my courses’ from the menu
Step 7 – Click on the title of the course and begin your learning

Each e-learning course has a separate product page which you should use when needing to purchase more than a single licence. The link to purchase multiple licences can be found within the product description.

Step 1 – Navigate to the e-learning course you wish to purchase
Step 2 – Click the link in the product description which will take you to the multiple licence page
Step 3 – Courses are priced differently for Members and Non-members of SOFHT, please make sure to select the correct option
Step 4 – Use the arrows or type in the number of licences you require then click ‘add to basket’
Step 5 – Proceed to checkout
Step 6 – Fill in your billing details and place your order
Step 7 – Once your order is complete you will receive an email confirmation
Step 8 – Your email will include individual coupon codes for the number of licences you have purchased

Note: Each code should be distributed to the people needing to take the course. Each code can only be redeemed once and can only be redeemed against the product it is assigned to. Each person taking the course needs to create their own account. This is done during the checkout process.

How do I book online?

  • Pick your event/course
  • You must select the event date
  • Select the correct rate (member / non-member / student)
  • Add delegate information, add to cart and proceed to checkout

Company members are entitled to access the SOFHT Technical Support Centre (30 minutes per month) this can be accessed by email at sofht@nsf.org.
 
The service operates Monday to Friday 0900 – 1700 (UK time and excluding Bank Holidays). Outside of these hours all enquiries will be dealt with the next working day.

  • Bronze personal members are only entitled to purchase courses, e-learning & event places for themselves, at the membership rate. All other places must be purchased at the non-member rate.
