Food Allergy Criminal Consequences - 16 June

At the iconic Dixon Hotel near London’s Tower Bridge, which was formerly a Magistrates’ Court, SOFHT hosted an informative and thought provoking event led by Barristers & assisted by experienced regulatory Lawyers. 

Based on real incidents, examples of sentencing hearings in food safety cases were examined & explained. The day was interactive so delegates could be involved in deciding the results. In addition there were presentations on allergen control & testing.
