The conference was hosted at the excellent National Centre for Food Manufacturing, part of the University of Lincoln, in Holbeach, and brought together expertise from the worlds of hygiene automation, robotics, hygienic design and the crucial forthcoming BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety – Issue 9 to provide an incredibly varied, interesting, and practical approaches to address some of these challenges.

With the content aimed squarely at the operational teams charged with delivering safe, wholesome product, the agenda provided engaging sessions of both information delivery, practical robotic demonstrations, and the chance to “ask the expert” in a relaxed, informal environment via our new “speed dating” concept.
